    Steve Irwin..May his soul rest in peace..

    Croc Hunter 1962-2006

    At 11am today, the 4th September 2006, Steve Irwin was fatally wounded by a stingray barb to his heart whilst filming a sequence on Batt Reef off Port Douglas for his daughter’s new TV series.
    Emergency services were called from Cairns Rescue Base and met Croc One, Steve’s rescue vessel at Low Isle on the Great Barrier Reef.
    The Croc One crew performed constant CPR during the thirty minute dash to Low Isle, but the medical staff pronounced Steve dead at approx. 12 noon.

    His producer and closest friend, John Stainton said on Croc One today,
    “The world has lost a great wildlife icon, a passionate conservationist and one of the proudest Dads on the planet. He died doing what he loves best and left this world in a happy and peaceful state of mind. Crocs Rule!”

    How is this possible...How did he die..Steve Irwin..Probably one of the coolest persons alive..How did he die...Shit man...Someone i always dreamed of becoming like...He's just ..dead...Why...Why!?Why do the good people always have to die..And it hurts even more because of the incident which caused this....Well steve wherever you are,this is a true fan of you and your works saying that you rock dude..And hope i meet you up there someday...if i lost the chance of doing that on earth...You rock!

    we hope  Why all the good ones die first.??I dont know   Read history  yes ...so many good meaning ppl   Mostly died of violence  ...and bullets.......For  Steve it was his work and hobby that killed him....so Sad.....

    We're all shocked n distressed by his untimely death.
    He was very passionate about what he did!

    He took risks n lived on the edge all the time!

    He was n is a champion!

    I don't know how he wanted to go

    but I would imagine doing exactly what he loved was probably close.

    He was amazing. he was just jaw droppingly amazing, courageous..brave..and too darn funny.
    and he genuinely worked towards something.
    I remember this one news feature, where they showed him in his trademark shorts at a black tie party..with a bow and a jacket..
    he rocked..truly.
